Brown Sugar Glazed Salmon

I found this recipe in Taste of Home.  I've made it many times and it is so good.  This is my favorite way to make salmon.

1 T brown sugar
2 t butter
1 t honey

Mix this together and melt in the microwave.

1 T olive oil
1 T stone ground mustard
1 T soy sauce
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper

wisk this into the melted mixture.  Brush on salmon.

"pat" the salmon patties dry with a paper towel before you brush on the glaze.  Bake 350 for 20-25 min.

I love wild rice.  I usually make brown rice and mix the 2 together.  This is one of our favorite meals.

  1. Looks yummy! I've been making salmon on the grill outside (don't like the cooking smell in the house) I imagine I could do this on the grill too, right?

  2. Salmon is my all time favorite! Especially when the Mister grills it on a plank with a side of his honey mustard sauce. Mmmmm...
