Week 51 - Heath Cookies


Heath Cookies

 Cream together:
2 sticks soft butter
1 C brown sugar
1/2 C granulated sugar
add:  
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla 

 Mix well, to this add:
1/2 t. salt
1 t. baking soda
2 1/2 C flour
and mix well, stir in:
1 1/2 C chocolate chips
1 1/2 C Heath Bit's O' Brickle

Bake at 350 for 9-11 min.  Makes 3 1/2 dozen.
