Crazy for Craisins Cookies
1 C soft butter 2 C white sugar
2 eggs 1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt 3 C flour
1/2 C craisins 1/2 C cinnamon baking chips
1/2 C chopped nuts
Cream butter and sugar together, add eggs 1 at a time. Mix together flour, cinnamon, soda, powder and salt – add to creamed mixture. Stir in craisins, cinnamon chips and nuts. Bake 350 for 15 min or done – do not over bake. Makes 4 doz.
I made this one up too. Really good!
