Rhubarb Apple Pie

Pie crust recipe here:

3 1/2 C rhubarb cut in 1/4" slices
1 C sugar
2 C apple slices 
1 Tbs. lemon juice
1 tsp. cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbs. corn starch (could use flour)

Mix together in a bowl.  Coat all the fruit and pour into a pie crust.

Top with:

3/4 C flour
1/2 C brown sugar
1/2 stick of soft butter 
1/3 C nuts of your choice 

Mix together the crumb mixture and sprinkle on top of the pie.  Bake 375 for about 45 minutes.
