Back in 2014, I did a month of posts called 30 days of repurposing. I noticed the high views on this particular post. I have also noticed all the gluing of clear glass to make different things all over Pinterest. So, story of my life...ahead of trend...

Deletethis is wonderful, i really like it!! i invented :pinterest when i was 25. i cut pictures from magazines, baking ideas, recipes and crafts i want to make. i put cork inside my kitchen cabinets, hung them on that and vola'...pinterest!!

DeleteYou're right Jacky...the internet is flooded with all the cut glass Christmas trees. I still think it would cause me too much anxiety to destroy the original pieces by gluing them together LOL
ReplyDeleteI feel that way about some pieces. I see the younger gals "repurposing" and actually destroying antiques. Same with flipping houses. Too quick to remove old character for new - white walls....no thanks.
