Sourdough Rhubarb Coffee Cake

 








I wrote the recipe as I made it up on a piece of paper, old envelope, I can't find it.  I will make it again and then add the recipe.   It was good.

  1. Ha ha...sounds like me. (The writing on something I grabbed and then forever looking for it.). The coffee cake looks so good...but I'm not a fan of rhubarb. (I know, I am in the very, very, small minority in that regard.) I haven't fed my starter in a long, long, time...it's in the frig but I don't think it's even good any more. :-(

    1. my husband isn't really either. You might be able to revive it. Mine has looked awful and I just dump out the "hooch" stir in another 1/2 flour and 1/2 cup water. Let it sit on counter for a day or 2.

    1. Mine started to too already, but I cut out the stalk with seeds. I think it will still be o.k? I'll pick from smaller stalks anyway. Thanks.
