Cookie Week 52 - Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie

1 stick softened butter
1 C peanut butter
1 C packed brown sugar
Cream together, add:
1 T vanilla
2 eggs
1 t salt
1 t baking soda
2 C flour
2 C chocolate chips

Drop by large rounded tablespoons.  Bake 350 for 10-12 minutes.  2 1/2 doz. 

Simple ingredients and easy to make.
