We have been making applesauce. With all those scraps - come fruit flies. I mentioned this to my sister Bonnie and she had this ingenious fruit fly trap she saw on the internet.
You put apple cider vinegar in a coffee cup along with a few drops of liquid dish soap. Within like - minutes - really, this is attracting the fruit flies. This really works. We have made this concoction 2 times already and have attracted many of those annoying buggars!
I'm so happy Bonnie saw this one and shared it with me.
