I tend to procrastinate - I know, hard to believe...(smile). It's not like I haven't been thinking about my taxes. Hey, I have a week....
5 Funny Facts Friday - what procrastinators say about taxes.
1. "I'll start tomorrow" - I've said every night for three weeks.
2. "Well, I don't have everything I need to get started."
3. "I just need to get organized, then I will start."
4. "I can't be the only one who hasn't started."
5. "I'll just file an extension." BTW, I've never done that.
Yes, O.K., I will get to it this weekend...oh, is that #6?

ReplyDeleteI laughed out loud reading your post. Been there and done that! But they are done! Happy Friday!
ReplyDeleteHello, LOl! No one likes tax time. My hubby does our taxes and they are done.
ReplyDeleteHappy Friday, enjoy your weekend!
sounds a little like me and losing the extra weight I've managed to gain . . giggle
ReplyDeleteI developed procrastination into an art form.
ReplyDeleteI could hear myself saying #4. LOL
ReplyDeleteWow, I know this feeling! For me I spend a good month compiling my figures before sending them to the accountant. Each year my dear husband says it will get better but it never does! I'm free of this horrible job until next year. Enjoy your weekend, Pat
ReplyDeleteoh, good luck!
ReplyDeleteUggh, taxes are horrid aren't they, but I could not bear to leave them any longer than I had to! Thank you for taking part in Five On Friday, hope you have a great weekend! xx
ReplyDeleteBless my husband for doing our taxes, I'd be pulling my hair out if I had to do them.
ReplyDeleteToo funny. Thankfully we use an accountant and there's an appointment that I can't get out of...
ReplyDeletehave a good weekend.
I am so glad that I don't have to do them, thank goodness for husbands.
ReplyDeleteFunny post. Thank goodness hubby deals with the taxes as I wouldn't have the first clue about it.
ReplyDeleteHa ha! I did a Five on Friday LAST week for procrastinating with the taxes :) You'll get it done, but it won't make you feel any better hearing that I have completed mine (with accountant's help) yesterday ... all efiled with the gov't. Our deadline is April 30, so I'll hold off a little closer to the deadline to actually pay the amount I owe (worst luck!).
ReplyDeleteWendy
We finished ours up about a month ago, but I'm just now mailing in the payments. Ugh. Thanks for joining in at R5F this week!
