Baked Omelet
This idea was actually my daughter Anna's. She makes the best broccoli and cheese baked eggs! This is so easy. Would be good for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Pick the ingredients you want in your omelet. Break up some bread - any bread - put in a well buttered casserole dish.
Put your extras right on top of the bread. Beat your eggs with a splash of milk, pour right on top of the bread and "extras" and put cheese on top. Cover and cook at 350 until the sides are slightly pulled away from the dish.
So yummy! Blessings from Ringle, Wisconsin.
