On Saturday, at the Ringle Harvest Day, our club had a food booth. We had some left over items, so as not to waste them, we got together last night for a "Potato Soup Supper." We cleaned, peeled, chopped all the veggies for the potato soup. When it was cooking, we made up cheesy biscuits. We ate, then divided up the leftovers - I know what we are having tonight for supper. SUCH a great project for the kids. I never met a kid who doesn't like cooking.
