My mind usually does the wo...I know what your mean. My mind usually does the wonder thing when I wake up in the middle of the night. Sometimes great ideas come to me then, but most of the time its just lists of things i need to do. Seems just when I get back to sleep, the hubbys alarm goes off. Last night I finally got some sleep after 2 nights of tossing and turning and my mind going a million mph. I too lay there and try telling myself to relax or just clear your mind, but sometimes my mind just straight out tells me "NO!"<br />It sounds like you have another full plate of events coming at you.
